Viber on Bluestacks error: No Sound

If you are using Viber for Pc and are not able to hear what other  person is saying, or if your party on the other end of the conversation cannot hear what you have to say, that means you have an issue with your headphone and microphone.

If you want to solve this problem there is a simple trick that I found at viber for pc website. According to them, this is also a driver problem. The hardware that you are using for sound is not registered with the Bluestacks app player and that is why it cannot use it during conversations. 

To solve this problem you could use a simple trick. Connect your headphone to your computer. Restart the app player while the phones are connected to the computer jack. 

What happens is that this means your hardware was available for Bluestacks to use when it started and hence it loaded its drivers into memory. Thus you could use it during conversations using Viber for Pc and other apps.
